PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Board pack read out to me.

I have a 250+ Board pack to read and if sections could be read out to me it would certainly speed up reading process of this pack, it feels like I’m read a whole book.

PDF accessibility on the pack
