Roles/Titles on Agenda and Minutes required

Whether for Board or Committee meetings only the designation of the Chair is shown in the documents. Why can't the roles of each attendee be shown as this is important information for these documents (and Auditors) especially if roles change.

Improve minute taking against action items

When taking minutes on action items, to add a new action item you have to scroll to the bottom then you lose your place in the action item list. Perhaps you can look at having a 3rd window or pop up for adding notes, decisions and action items?

Enable Planned attendees to signal their non-attendance prior to the meeting

People receiving an invite to a meeting may need to withdraw prior to a meeting, providing their apologies. These people are different to people who were suppose to attend, but didn't. Perhaps having three columns would solve the problem.

More control over adding meeting attendees

It would be preferable to be able to turn the automatic adding of all attendees to meetings off if preferred, to enable manual adding so that people who don't attend all meetings are not automatically added.

Move meeting from one 'area' to another eg. to a different committee

The ability to move a meeting from one area or 'tab' to another without deleting and redoing - eg. a meeting for the Trust Committee was set up, invites & agenda sent from the Board area, when it should sit under the Trust Committee area.
