The administrator role provides too much access for staff members upload their own reports. As the manager uploading reports is one less task that is required of me.

Personalise folder access

Personalised folder access would be very handy when you have several different folders in BP and need to provide a staff member access to one particular folder and not the remaining folders.

It is useful when the Chair is unavailable and the Deputy chairs a meeting. Not everyone at the meeting may know that the person taking the meeting is the deputy.

Allow wider usage within organisations

This is a great meeting tool for governance, we would love to be able to utilise it at a management level for meetings as well, which would require a range users at different levels.

Park past people so they no longer appear as selectable in meetings

It would be good to be able to keep past directors and execs in the people list, ut mark them as past so they do not appear as an option when picking people in the organisation for meetings etc.

It would be nice to be able to have 24hr times

I predominantly use 24hr time in my life. Most products support being able to select this as your time representation. It would be great to have this option selectable for the user logged in.
