Could we have a Deputy Chair category please?

It is useful when the Chair is unavailable and the Deputy chairs a meeting. Not everyone at the meeting may know that the person taking the meeting is the deputy.

In Camera Sessions outside agenda items but within the meeting timing

Our Board has In Camera sessions sometimes. I would like to be able to include the timing for this on the agenda without it having an item number, ideally above the first item.

Scheduled meeting breaks in the Agenda

Our board meetings go all day and it would be very useful to be able to schedule lunch and tea breaks as part of the agenda without having to make the break an agenda item.

If I have an action to complete, is there anyway to comment on the action (once you have done it or have the info) so that the info goes out to all the people on the Board

Move agenda item to a future meeting

Whe reviewing the Agenda. Sometimes you decide to move an item to a future meeting. It would be good to be able to select this from the Agenda item menu and move it (assuming the meeting has been created of course) :)

Read Receipt when Board papers have been read by a Director/Trustee

We make an effort to have all board papers out to Directors/Trustees within 7 days of holding a meeting. Being able to view when they have been opened and read would be a handy tool to have.
