PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Track changes to the Minutes

It would be helpful to be able to track changes done in the Minutes -similar to the Agenda change log available.

PDF accessibility on the pack

This would be a huge benefit to those who use e readers, all the accessibility tagging is missing on the pack once produced, keeping alot of the pack in accessible to those relying on e-readers

Export capability of documents

While yes you can download documents it would be great to have a better export capability, to make it easy to get all past minutes and documents in a single ZIP file rather than individually downloading them.

A record of Action email history in BoardPro.

When sending out a manual "Send Reminder" action email, it would be helpful to be able to see the email messages sent with the reminder. Would this be possible?

Quorum-have option for a number as well as a percentage for the client to choose what suits them best.
