PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Use Roman letters instead of numbers on the agenda

It would be nice to be able to use roman numerals instead of numbers. Have a choice which you prefer to use.

Public notes available in take minutes mode

Once we get public/shared notes on the board pack, attach these to the agenda/minutes back end so that the board secretary can view them when in take minutes mode

Amend a vote - flying minute

It would be good to have the ability as an administrator to amend a vote if one is cast by mistake. To ensure the integrity of the vote it could be recorded that the administrator has amended this. Otherwise if a mistake is made, the entire flying...

Auto advance to the next document in the board pack once you mark a document as read

I’m working from a board pack on my iPad. When I mark a document as read in the upper right hand corner, it would be ideal if BoardPro then auto advanced/loaded the next document in the board pack.

Improve minute taking against action items

When taking minutes on action items, to add a new action item you have to scroll to the bottom then you lose your place in the action item list. Perhaps you can look at having a 3rd window or pop up for adding notes, decisions and action items?

Enable Planned attendees to signal their non-attendance prior to the meeting

People receiving an invite to a meeting may need to withdraw prior to a meeting, providing their apologies. These people are different to people who were suppose to attend, but didn't. Perhaps having three columns would solve the problem.

Provide option to use either Approved or Carried

We have a committee that does not make decisions and we are happy to use the word "Approved". Where the Board makes a decision a better option and more formal is "Carried"
