PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

    Be able to archive fiscal years

    It would be helpful to be able to archive meetings at the end of the fiscal year. They could be added to either a folder under Meetings that you can label 2019-2020 for example

    Default to send meeting emails to all attendees, not just Board members

    Provide option to use either Approved or Carried
