PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Universal search terms

The ability to search through attachments when using the search function in the Meeting Documents section. Currently you have the ability to search for a keyword in a title but to have a broader search would be beneficial.

Ability to download agenda and minutes as one document

We recently had to provide a copy of our meeting records to an external governance provider and the only way I could do this was to separately download the agenda and the minutes for each meeting which then have to be matched meeting by meeting.

Document Register

Keep access to documents signed off by the Board (which would have previously had the company seal attached). Be good if they were categorised e.g. Leases, Customer Contracts, Supply Contracts, Bank Documents etc
