PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Allow wider usage within organisations

Allow Administrative Staff to update email addresses for people in their Organisation

Order the People list page in hierarchical order

Currently, people on the People List page are added alphabetically. It would be helpful if we could drag and drop them in hierarchical order (Chair first, CFO, etc)

'Absent' option added to voting

When casting a vote there is an 'accept', 'decline', 'abstain' option. It would be great to have a fourth option of 'absent', for those who don't attend a meeting, but where there is still a quorum and therefore voting still takes place.
