Be able to hold concurrent meetings between the "parent board" and any subsidiary which will streamline the board pack and distribute between the two entities without having to build two separate board packs.

Can minutes be approved by way of a flying minute? For quarterly meetings, it takes a long time to have our minutes confirmed.

we sometimes run out of time in a meeting and end up deferring a few items - it would be good if I could do this in the meeting. Rather than having to make a note and then later clone an agenda for the future meeting.
