PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Public notes available in take minutes mode

Once we get public/shared notes on the board pack, attach these to the agenda/minutes back end so that the board secretary can view them when in take minutes mode

administrator view of calendar

i don't attend all meetings but I act as an Administrator for the Board and CEO and one of my responsibilities is to put in the meeting calendar. It would be handy for me to see all the meetings in one go - is there a way around this?
