PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Ability to move items within the minutes to match the flow of the meeting. If a quick item is discussed out of sequence it would be good to be able to move it within the minutes to the correct place in the meeting discussion without changing it's section.

Increase the number of characters in an item title

We needed more than the 75 characters allowed for an item title. I would suggest at least double that to 150. Unlimited would be the best.
