We have items that may be lead at a meeting by a person at a particular level like board member but not allocated to a specific person. This would allow us to indicate the type of person who maybe asked to present or lead.

Be able to add a single motion to approve multiple action items or documents

Our senior managers are in attendance at every meeting as opposed to being invited as a guest. It is our Chair's preference that they are listed as "In attendance" on the agenda.

It is useful for the record to note if a motion was fully supported, had a majority Yes, or was lost. The current voting record is either Approved or Not Approved so there is no record if the motion was unanimously passed.

Have an option to exclude some files being built into the single board pack, but rather become links instead. This can be for documents which are to remain in their native format Or supplementary documents that are optional (or exceptionally large)

Our Board has In Camera sessions sometimes. I would like to be able to include the timing for this on the agenda without it having an item number, ideally above the first item.

It would be good to have to option to sort the interest register by last name as the default sort and even better to have flexibility to sort in any order - i.e. have the Chair and Deputy Chair first followed by others sorted by last name
