For people/ executives who should receive the information, but not necessarily attend the meetings

The ability to move a meeting from one area or 'tab' to another without deleting and redoing - eg. a meeting for the Trust Committee was set up, invites & agenda sent from the Board area, when it should sit under the Trust Committee area.

On our Board, we have multiple people who sit on the same boards of different organisations. To save time, it would be nice to be able to add multiple names to an interest instead of adding each interest individually.

Currently the only way to get the location into diaries is to add the location name into the address field - but then it doubles up on the agenda where both location and address are displayed.

One question that came up was, when there are actions sent out, is it possible to get all the actions for one person sent in one email rather than multiple ones? Please advise when you get a chance.
