It would be useful on the Action List page to filter actions not only by current or completed status, but also to sort them by their status or by meeting date.

Taking minutes in BoardPro is easy, but as it is a manual task, it can take some time. Utilizing AI would be super beneficial.

An option to have the person running the meeting or the Administrator have a scratch pad or be able to add private briefing notes against each agenda item during the meeting that they can then remove or delete as needed.

It would be helpful to be able to track changes done in the Minutes -similar to the Agenda change log available.

If a Board Member resigns or if we have a Chair that is appointed for only 2 years (for example) it would be nice to be able to add those dates to their information and have their names instead of revoked or removed as archived.

It would be helpful to be able to edit filenames in Governance Documents, after they have been uploaded. At present we can change folder names, but not filenames.

A motion has been approved, and I need to action it. Actions are currently raised in the Minutes stage, but adding one to a Flying Minute would be ideal instead of waiting until the next meeting.
