Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Order the People list page in hierarchical order

Currently, people on the People List page are added alphabetically. It would be helpful if we could drag and drop them in hierarchical order (Chair first, CFO, etc)

Track changes to Interest Register

Ability to sort the order of Governance document folders other than by A-Z

Would like to rank folders by relevance i.e An archive folder at bottom of selection, and a Review Required at the top. Ability to move folders ( similar to re-ordering actions & decisions when drafting minutes) would be ideal.

Access to Historical Board/Committee papers - when newly appointed members join

It would be beneficial to have an "active from" date for appointment of committee members, to restrict access to potentially years of prior Board/Committee papers which they weren't involved in at the time.
