The ability to make notes made in BoardPro Notes public/shareable so that the whole board/meeting attendees can see and respond to the note

Currently, when the board pack is changed, the board sees everything on the list, including changes in the attendees or changes in the layout. It would be helpful to select and limit the changes, such as document changes, to which we want to draw ...

It would be great to be able to record discussion and decision outcomes that are held in-committee, but limit these to only the people who attended (or the current chair/secretary) as being able to view them.

It would be great to have a register of directors with their initial appointment date, and the current term start and end date. Director since 1 July 2014 current term ends 30 June 2022 It could be in the interests register?

The option of adding extra entries at the time without typing the directors name each time. Re: initial set up

An option for Board Members to confirm attendance for a meeting directly in BoardPro—via a check box or something similar.

Would like to rank folders by relevance i.e An archive folder at bottom of selection, and a Review Required at the top. Ability to move folders ( similar to re-ordering actions & decisions when drafting minutes) would be ideal.

It would be beneficial to have an "active from" date for appointment of committee members, to restrict access to potentially years of prior Board/Committee papers which they weren't involved in at the time.

While BoardPro Notes is great for reading and annotating the board pack it would be terrific to have a full service app where we can access all areas of BoardPro rather than having to use a browser.

As a board secretary, I would like the option to be able to download minutes in a Word format.
