The email history for meetings displays the status of an email sent, but it would be helpful if it included a date. For example, we can see when people open an email.

As an organiser of a Flying Minute, I would like to be able to disable the comments across a specific FM for all board members, especially when the debate becomes heated.

To be able to download the register as an Excel file, and not a PDF, to create a document without duplicating effort.

It would be great to have a register of directors with their initial appointment date, and the current term start and end date. Director since 1 July 2014 current term ends 30 June 2022 It could be in the interests register?

The ability to make notes made in BoardPro Notes public/shareable so that the whole board/meeting attendees can see and respond to the note

Some of our more sensitive documents require a certificate that the information originated from the signer and has not been altered. It would be good to have that option.

Be able to send a reminder that minutes need to be signed

Would like to rank folders by relevance i.e An archive folder at bottom of selection, and a Review Required at the top. Ability to move folders ( similar to re-ordering actions & decisions when drafting minutes) would be ideal.
